Referendum on the Neighbourhood Plan

The date of the referendum for the Stogumber Neighbourhood Plan has now been set by West Somerset Council and will be Thursday 5 October 2017.

The question to be asked of those on the electoral register and whom are eligible to vote in a local election will be 'Do you want West Somerset Council to use the Neighbourhood Plan for Stogumber to help it decide planning applications in the neighbourhood area?'

West Somerset Council have already issued the Notice of Referendum, and poll cards are due to be issued shortly. Copies of the Plan can be viewed on-line at

There will also be printed copies available at the following locations:
